Our ground-floor apartment is a great option for families and groups up to 4 persons who prefer to utilize the large outdoor space. The ground floor villa has an accessible path to the door for wheelchairs, and easier access to the parking area. Approximate size for this apartment is 50 sqm.

General Features

Bathroom

Shampoos, conditioners, shower gel and hand soaps are available. Mosquitoes repellent is available. There are bath, face, and hand towels for your convenience. A hairdryer is available upon request.

Kitchen

Cookware such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, and dishware are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove with oven, and coffee maker with tea and coffee. Essential cooking staples such as olive oil, salt and sugar are also available.

Bedroom

The bedroom features single beds joined together (similar size as a double bed), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. A sofa bed is available in the living room as an extra bed that fits up to 2 persons.

Living Room

The living room features a flat-screen TV, a sofabed that accommodates two persons and a dining area.

Air Conditioner

All the villas are fully equipped with two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

Entertainment

Flat-screen TV is available in your living room and bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi for an ultimate connection during your stay with us.

Housekeeping

Every third day, we will change your bedsheets and towels. Or, based on your preferences, please request us at any time.

Parking

Free parking is available throughout your stay in front of our villa.

Property Policies

Check-in and Check-Out

Our check-in policy is from 14:00 until 00:00. Our check-out policy is at 12:00.

Quiet Hours

Please be mindful of other guests in the villa complex, as we want to ensure everyone has their best experience. House parties, BBQs, and outside guests are strictly not allowed. Please also note that we have quiet hours starting from 21:00.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in the shared common area. Although we ask you to please be mindful of other guests in the villa complex.

Fire Safety

We strictly remind you to DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the garden area or the balcony. The villa complex is located around lush olive groves, where in summer, the weather can get very dry, and cigarette butts can quickly start a fire.
