What can I find at the property?


Bathroom
Shampoos, conditioners, shower gel and hand soaps are available. Mosquitoes repellent are available. There are bath, face, and hand towels for your convenience. Hair dryer is available upon request.

Kitchen
Cookware such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove with oven, and coffee maker with tea and coffee. Essential cooking staples such as olive oil, salt and sugar are also available.

Air Conditioner
All of the villas are fully equipped with two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

Entertainment
Flat screen TV is available in your living room. There is a free WIFI for an ultimate connection during your stay with us.

Beds
All of the villas come with single beds joined together in the middle, that makes a similar size to a double bed fits for 2 people. There is sofa beds available in the living room as an extra bed that fits up to 2 people.

Housekeeping
Every third day we will change your bedsheets and towels. Or based on your preferences, please request us at any time.

Parking
Free parking is available throughout your stay in the front of our villa.

What is the property layout?

A ground floor villa is a great option for families and groups of up to 4 persons who prefer to utilize the large outdoor space. The ground floor villa has an accessible path to the door for wheelchairs and easier access to the parking area.

Is there any minimum length of stay?

We have a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights. Our accommodation is perfect for long stays with families and groups. The villa and apartments can be booked separately or together, accommodating up to 16 people (Subject to availability)

What is your policy about check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00, and check-out is at 11:00. You will be greeted at the property to receive the keys and a short tour around the villa complex.

How far are you from Skiathos Town?

We are located in the area of Agia Paraskevi, about 7 km (15-minute drive) from the busy Skiathos Town; Alexandra’s Villa is the perfect hideaway to unwind as it is only a 3-minute walk away from the award-winning beach; Agia Paraskevi. Bus Stop No. 16 is 300 metres away from the property, allowing easy access to the South or Northern area of the island.
